        I phoned the clinic to schedule an appointment on May 11th at 3:37 pm. However, the woman who answered the call was extremely rude; she interrupted me while I was speaking and sighed loudly. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism before, and I am unsure why she behaved that way. Despite the doctor being nice, I am reluctant to revisit the clinic because of her. It is crucial that she improves her customer service skills.

        Jaspreet was such a rude receptionist. Every question I asked received a snarky response. I booked my appointment in advance and still people who walked in saw the doctor before me. When I asked about it, i got "so the dr running late.." I hope somebody releases her from this job because dealing with stressed and sick people is not for her as she is not caring at all.
