Patient assessment and treatment is poor quality. I do not know how this doctor Secondino D'Andrea passed in the patient assessment subject. I had severe pain in my hemorrhoid, without assessing, he has given me suppository. After that I have been suffering from fever for 12 days , I had two doctor visit with Dr. Wakass, he did not give me any blood test and any antibiotic for healing. He saw gradually I am becoming weak due to fever. He did not care about it, he gave me third doctor visit on 30th November, 2023 to see my dead body. Prime Medical Centre they are opening clinic with Junior physicians just for earning money from government. Patient waiting 30-45 minutes but doctor completes visiting patients withing 1 minutes. In my life at least I am lucky for that, I read Medicine book written by Davidson and Harrison (may be his clinic doctor did not read these book because their medical knowledge is so poor) and still have some medication with me to treat me. Just believe it after 12 days of suffering, I took Tab. Azithromycin 500 mg for three doses, my fever gone and I am completely cured. Canada bringing skilled worker just for labor work not for helping citizens. Still if I practice, I would do far better than this clinic doctors. As a immigrant and citizen of Canada, I am saying it is a suffering country.I would suggest all patients be strict when you go to this clinic, and call police right a way when you see doctors are not giving you time for assessment and treat properly. The quality of care is very poor. Shout for your rights and tax money. They are blood sucker.

What an administrative nightmare. My doctor now only works here twice a week. They called me months after they received my heart test to bring me in, told me I could only come on Fridays or Saturdays and that I don't need an appointment. Got there, and they turned me away despite there being hours left in the day. All front desk staff are rude. They are always 30 to 45 minutes late when I schedule appointments. Dr jack is always in a rush to leave the room as fast as possible. I had to remind him to remind me of the side effects of the medication HE PRESCRIBEDd to me. Miserable place. Avoid at all costs.

Unclear why this place is allowed to call themselves a walk in clinic. I got there before opening time to line up. They happily registered me and several other people as walk in patients, had us sit down in the waiting area, and then after a while they announced that the doctor (who had shown up late) was not actually going to be seeing any walk ins today. I could have been first in line at some other clinic had I not wasted all my time at this fake walk-in clinic.
