My health card expired the boss told me I can come back within one week after renewing my health card so I can get my clinic charge refunded. The clinic operation starts from 9:20am but the doctor comes around 11am. They late 1 or 2 hour when they open the clinic. It's so unprofessional. It's a super busy clinic and you feel everybody is really mad at front desk and busy doctors. Not a great place to walk-in. I tell the chinese doctor that I have a fever may be covid, she's like oh we don't deal with covid patients. I'm so mad. She gives me a downtown address and ask me, a 39 Celsius fever patient, to go there to do a test. LOL The truth is there is a walking distance Rexall to do covid test. There is no follow up or any phone call to ask me if I was heal or not. What a garbage clinic. Careless doctor. Never come again to waste your time and money.
