Progress Floor Care did an excellent cleaning of our two couches. They now both look like new. Previously we painted the walls in out living room and dinning room and the paint smell would not go away. They brought in special equipment that removed the bad odour. Their service is fast and they offer wonderful customer service.

I called to inquire about pricing and using the pro green cleaning service. The man who answered the phone did not answer greeting with the name pro green, so I wanted to verify if I had the right number then was sharply quipped at, mocked and laughed at for my questions and hung up on by the gentleman who answered the phone. As someone new to using a service like this I cant believe the way I was treated. I explained the level of Dusty in our old apartment was what prompted me to call he said wheres your vacuum, go use it Im having a hard time with this call laughed and hung up. I work in the service industry myself and find it hard to believe a company would call that acceptable. Even if you felt your services werent needed for my situation, a little kindness/professionalism wouldnt be the worse thing. That was an incredibly rude phone call and would NEVER recommend someone to a company that dealt with a simple phone call like that.
