To whom it may concern, Im a guy for whom a long time felt in the wrong body. So today i plucked up the courage to call your business and spoke with paige about a full body waxing which i have wanted to do for a long time. Paige was amazing. Her kind words and calmness made me feel so at ease cause i was very nervous even to talk to most business. A lot of people and you can tell by there tone your not welcome there. We chatted on the phone and she explained everything and treated me with respect. She made me feel so good about the waxing i am now super excited to get it done. What an amazing human being she is. Her words made me feel good about myself and gave me confidence. I have only moved to toronto about 7 months ago and i struggle to meet people and make friends. For me and i will call myself trans because of how i feel she made me feel accepted and its only the beginning. I dont really connect with males and and alot of women are not to accepting of people like me. Her kind words today made me feel amazing she made my day/week/year. Thank you paige. Its amazing how kind words and accepting goes a long way You are a beautiful human being and i wish everyone was as nice and kind as yourself. Please praise this woman for doing her job with kindness and compassion and not judging others. I hope to meet her one day and thank her in person for being awesome. I hope we can be friends cause you are the type of Person i want to meet and be friends with. To be accepted by a female means the world to me and i thank you. You certainly made my day/week/ year . Give this woman the kudos she deserves. She is a credit to your business. I wish more people were beautiful human beings like her.

This was such a great experience. The staff are very welcoming and courteous. My esthetician is wonderful! Thank you senorita Margarita. You gave me so much attention and good conversation. I recommend this location and staff to new comers.
