I popped in with a last minute appointment for a Brazilian and was amazed at the comfort level and speed of my service! Shilpa was so friendly and our conversation was like we had been friends a long time, so the time of my appointment just flew by! I love this company and will be a Fuzz Faithful forever

This review is long overdue. I booked an appointment for my first brazillian wax. Albeit excited, I believed that my pain tolerance at the time was quite low and didn't know what to expect. I arrived late, called in advance to let them know, and they were able to accommodate me, thankfully. The woman who was supposed to do the waxing, made me feel less than comfortable. Making snide comments and seemed disinterested in making this experience easier. I expressed how it was my first time and how nervous I was. The woman responded coldly and stated, that I don't have to do it if I didn't want to. Other silly comments were made about my private area as well, that aren't worth repeating. I ended up deciding against the service and left after the woman performed a tester wax on a small part of my bikini line, which wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I ended up walking out not because I couldn't go through with the waxing, but because of how unnecessarily cold the experience was. I wouldn't recommend this location specifically; but I'm sure at other waxing locations within the franchise, there is a capacity for these professionals to still do their job and manage to treat everyone equally. It's unfortunate that I couldn't have experienced that for myself. Service: Intimate area hair waxing
