Fuzz Wax Bar

Today you lost a client! I have been going to FuzzyWax at Queens for a while now, I have always loved the wax but unfortunately I wont be coming back because of the desk costumer service. I had an appt schedule for 11:30am, yesterday night I received a message saying there were changes in their agenda and they need to push my appt for 11:40am! I agree and made the accommodations! At 11:41am I received a call asking if I was going to make my appt I said I was 5 min away due to the traffic, they said if I didnt made in 2 min I wouldnt be able to get my appt completed! I do understand the importance of being on time and I have always arrive with extra time to spare and most times have to wait 10 min or so for my appt! When I mention the accommodation I agree yesterday, was not offered to me today the desk clerk just said there is nothing she can do! As I went trough the reviews I notice this is a recurring issue. Senait was fantastic! My brazilian was quick and less painful than ones Ive had before elsewhere. Senait was very nice and professional. 100% will book with her again. The ladies at the front were welcoming and fully explained my membership option to me upon purchase. Service: Brazilian waxing
