Terrible experience, rude staff! They were in rush to close as they were willing to close 10 min earlier than the actual closing time. All I wanted was a regular eyebrow threading which is max a 4 min job. I have been a regular customer for 3 years and always happy with their service. The personnel were exceptionally unprofessional and rude and the lady trimming my eyebrow shaved off half of my right brow! I was hoping at least she was admitting and acknowledging the mistake and blaming it for the rush and exhaustion, rather than indicating that I am a liar! Never going to recommend this place to anyone again and I will do myself a favour and never return to this place! Such a shame!

Good place for waxing. The place is clean and has a calming vibe. They do a decent job each time.

Going there from last 5 months but today something very unprofessional happened I don't know whether a new person at counter I called 4 times to book an appointment was told they r taking no appointment for today then called again to make a booking for tomorrow was kept on hold for 5 mins n still no reply would recommend plz keep professional ppl at the reception who knows how to handle customers rather than who jus know how to fake an accent never going back there
