Had a bad day, Im a regular client of them but today i came from work and I ran to get my eyebrows done as they close at 8 and it was already 7.45pm. Three girls were there and they were empty with no clients, requested them to do it as its just eyebrows I need to get done, requested them I came from far but got refused. How they can refuse to get clients before the closing time, then why they are being opened. Got frustrated.

A friend of mine recommended this place. I called to book an appointment last week and the man who answered was very abrupt with me. He however confirmed my appointment and told me I was added into their system. The day of the appointment (today), I walked in and gave my appointment time and name only to be told nothing was booked for me at all. I asked the receptionist to check the system using my phone number, and whether the wrong week was booked and neither request was met with acknowledgement. I was not even offered to book another appointment, or an apology or anything. I walked out without further discussion because it was a pretty absurd experience, and the receptionist seemed entirely uninterested in my experience. My name existed in their system, so clearly I had been booked at some point but they cancelled without informing me. Would not recommend this time waste of a place.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service! I used to be a regular at this place as it was my go to for eyebrow threading. But after my experience today Im never going back! They did not even have the courtesy to inform me but cancelled my appointment and locked up the place - when I arrived the lady at the front desk refused to honour my appointment saying I was four minutes late and despite me requesting that they accommodate me given I booked this appointment 48 hours prior, she kept arguing. Extremely rude and disrespectful, I dont think they understand the concept of customer service. Never going back! Service: Hair threading
