I do my gel refill with Renoo every time and she does an amazing job! She is so quick and efficient. she always is the best with complicated designs, and perfect shaping. Staff are all friendly and treat customers well. The only down point is that the gel itself does not last more than 2 weeks ( even a bit less).

I wasn't going to leave a review but to be honest this was a pretty bad experience. I called ahead and asked to get a refill, they asked what I had on and I specified it was gel x. I also requested a specific nail tech or someone else who was good with shaping. I don't know if the person I got was just filling in because he kept saying he didn't know about gel x and ended up making my nails extremely thick and uneven. I had brought it up and he kept making comments about how much he had to file, how I would just have to be upset with my nails until the next time and other unpleasant remarks. We ended up being there for 2 hours and paying full price for the service even though the tech fully acknowledged I wasn't getting what I had wanted at all and my nails look terrible. I know they have some good nail techs so hopefully they can ensure nobody else has a similar experience.
