I think its time I give this place a review. Been going to this place for years to get my eyelash extensions done and I have stayed with them since. I have tried numerous places and have gone through many eyelash techs only to end up disappointed. I have no complaints and Ive been happy with the quality of lashes and glue that they use. Place is clean and staff are friendly. Im glad I was able to find and try out Kate shes awesome! her eyelash mapping and application are . I had an amazing experience getting a facial with Vanessa. She answered all of my questions and really helped me figure out what was going on with my skin since I had been struggling with it for a while. She very kindly explained some things to me and what products would be good for my skin and how certain products could actually be making it worse. Her voice and energy was very calming and I felt very comfortable and appreciative of her approach. Service: Microdermabrasion

I had booked a Brazilian wax appointment at this salon, but they had to cancel it and tried to contact me. Unfortunately, they were unable to reach me as I am not from Canada. However, I showed up at the salon and was informed that my appointment could not proceed. Although I was upset, I understand that it was due to circumstances beyond their control. I was traveling to Mexico the next day and needed the service urgently, which made me feel disappointed. (Sorry) However, I must say that the staff went above and beyond to help me out. They contacted other centers to find an alternative, and when I did, they paid for my service and gave me a complimentary skin care product. I truly appreciate their efforts and concern for my needs. In the end, I left the salon with a positive impression and would highly recommend their services.
