I came here a couple of years ago and never forgot the experience. I'm not sure what it's like now. The places looked so sketchy. The girl who came out looked like she just woke up, and her hands felt sticky. The massage just didn't feel professional. The rooms looked run down and worn out. I cut the massage short and made a beeline out of there.

I have been going to this location for over a year and it is always a great experience. I love this place. If you're looking for a relaxing, clean, professional massage this is the place to go. The staff is friendly and has a lot of knowledge. I would highly recommend this place.

I went in and asked if I could do a massage now, they told me, please wait 10 minutes . After 10 minutes I was invited into the room and massage therapist told to undress and lie down . I lay naked for half an hour. after 30 minutes, when I was already cold, she stopped by and asked if I could still wait more time because at that time 5 people came and she stayed with them to sort things out because it is certainly more money than one person...

This used to be a reliable RMT facility. However scheduling an appointment at the Vaughan location is nearly impossible, other than walking and being lucky enough to find a staff member. Calls and texts are left unreturned. There has been a HUGE decline in service, not to mention the high increase in price for and RMT massage. Save time and look elsewhere.
