My friend and I took the train from burlington into the city for a day of Cold and Heat. Upon arrival we were handed towels and they told us where to go get ready. We then went to the dome for a guided breath work session. Our guide was named Tiz, whos a certified Wim Hof breath work coach. After the breath work we went to the ice tubs for another guided Plunge! 5mins!!! After that a nice and hot sauna session. All and all an incredible experience! Cant help but feel alive! Big shout out to Torontos King of the @Ronbat for introducing us and taking us on our first journey. I highly recommend this place ! A secret Gem for Toronto.

a truly unique experience in downtown Toronto. Located at the stackt shops on Bathurst and front , you can find ice baths, saunas as well as breathwork classes that will keep you going throughout the dark winter days. The instructors and the entire idea behind it are crazy about pushing your limits and your health to the next level and often host events such as early morning polar bear dips at the lake nearby. Being a crazed icetronaut myself I can't turn any of these opportunities away. kudos!
