White Shark Window Cleaning

The worst. They chronically overbook - so jobs don't get done. And now, it's winter and it's too late. I booked an eaves cleaning on September 25 - for 4 months I thought they would do the job. Today they decide they can't, so we are out of luck (and hoping that our clogged eaves don't cause flooding in the basement if there's a thaw). How early in the year should I book to have some assurance that the work will be done? I appreciate that this work is subject to the weather, and that it needs to be done safely, but it's their responsibility to manage the jobs they have and their capacity to complete the task.
