I ordered a bag online for mother's Day, and was deeply disappointed as I handed the bag to my mom and the zipper jammed. When I contacted their customer services and attempted to get a refund, communication with the representative was nearly impossible as she could not work her microphone. At the end of the difficult discussion, they agreed to give us a 10% off the next purchase, only after we pay for the product in full, wait for the product to arrive, and make another call to their customer service to go through a separate process in an attempt to only receive a 10% discount, which may very well waste another hour on the phone. I deeply regret making a purchase from Michael Kors. Save yourself time and go somewhere else.

Do not pay for faster shipping. MichaelKors.ca misleads their customers. I paid for EXPEDITED DAY SHIPPING and when the shipping notice was emailed, it now says 6 days it will arrive. I called customer service and they would not fix the problem except tell me to call Canada post. I paid extra as I needed the item within 3 days. Worst Customer Service
