If there is a -1 star I would like to give it. I got a trench coat from this brand with way too much excitement for my travel that costed around 400 CAD. I trusted the brand and took it for my travel, the first time I wear it and in 20 min I hear a cracking sound that one of the stitches have started to come, the buttons are starting to get loose that one is almost coming off. So I had to buy another browsing and finding one in an all new country. Also, the first thing I did after getting back home is to take it for return and they treated me very poorly with some unwanted facial expressions. I know their policy is not to accept return when its worn, but its their quality thats the problem here. No one will like to pay a bomb to be treated so poorly when reported. Leave alone accepting return or an apology but all that is expected is some empathy. Along with 400CAD I also lost my self respect here. My only mistake is I was being honest here. Never ever will look back at this brand

Such rude staff that I refused to make a purchase here. I was looking for a particular style of pants and not only did no one offer to help me but when I went to ask for assistance I smiled and said hi and all the woman did was look me up and down without a smile and keep walking. I make good money, the fact that I wear jeans and runners on my days off is not an indication of being able to afford your clothes.

Grace here is so helpful and goes out and beyond to help even if I was just looking for a sale style. Thanks very much Grace and its definitely a really good shopping experience with you.

Were generally fans of BP, but this location was run by a bunch of kids who were unfamiliar with their products and limited fashion sense. At their price point, they need to be more attentive and capable; for minimally more, you can purchase entry level items from Harry Rosen. We came in with the intention of picking up a suit and a number of wardrobe items and left empty handed.

I went to the Eaton center store with the knowledge that there was a discount price on a specific piece of clothing I was interested in. I had viewed the discount online but the store employees tried to hide the discount by claiming that only an xs size was discounted, which turned out not to be true. They were very opaque about the whole thing. Then they wanted my email and I told them I didn't want to receive advertising, and the staff member kept pressuring me a total of three times promising that the company wouldn't send advertising. I finally got tired and gave her the email, and guess what, tonight when I got home, a steaming pile of advertising was waiting for me in my inbox. 1/10 would not recommend, and will be contacting appropriate government offices in relation to abuse of customer privacy according to legislation. Definitely have no plans to visit this location again and hope that the lady working there is appropriately dealt with by her manager, especially in regard to educating her about her legal responsibilities related to privacy.
