Just left this shop and had the most enjoyable experience. Great selection of unique dresses, accessories and jewelry for any occasion. Also the most Vivienne Westwood Ive ever seen in one place. The staff were such a huge help, shoutout to Simon and Cassandra. Love it here and will definitely be back often!

0/10 for customer service. Old white woman was extremely rude and defensive when asked about pricing for a shoe. Younger woman in her 20s was fine, looks like other customers also experienced extremely bad service from older employees. If you're reading this I hope you get a better attitude and some Vitamin C moisturizer for that flaky skin.

This store is classic Queen Street West. Before Original their store was on Spadina south of Queen. It was called F/X then & I think there was F/X 2. I still have pics from their Polaroid photo booth they had! This is the spot for ultra cool fashion, funky, edgy, colourful clothing and accessories. There is whimsy and ultra style here. You will find very unique special occasion items. There's a bit of fantasy, Alice In Wonderland, Haute Fashion type items. Everything they sell is beautiful, quality and fun. If you like being the only person wearing an outfit and love bright colors you will love the items in this store.

Knowledgeable and fun friendly staff who really know how to find the right dress for your special occasion its a great creative colourful bohemian vibe place with flowers all over its impossible to enter and not smile they take such good care of their clienteles needs and no appointment necessary - we went on the end of the day on a Saturday in high season because of prom dress shopping and found a breathtaking wedding dress for my friend it met all the criteria 10/10 perfection so happy with the entire experience. Our main mission was accomplished and they found a dress for me in 10 seconds lol and I wasnt even looking for one but I might have to go back and buy it lol it was that superb and Im not easy easy to fit wonderful shop really and truly I do recommend. They even have purses shoes tiaras and other accessories everything you need in a one stop shop for your event attire.
