        Emergency situation and have to book a Mammography appointment. The earliest appointment they scheduled is in two months. I explained the urgency of my situation and they still can't offer a earlier appointment because short of staff.

        Accepted my referral and were thorough with their follow-up. Clearly explained options and the appointment didnt feel rushed. The residents could use some sensitivity training with their communication, especially when conducting an exam. This could be accomplished by teaching them about different reconstruction options and what they look like on real people.
