Andrei did a great job of reflooring my condo, at a good, reasonable price and the work was done very promptly at a short notice. He was responsive, friendly and also very flexible and accomodating throughout the process. The work was finished smoothly right on time. Highly recommend him and TipTop flooring for flooring work!

Working with Andrei and Erik was a pleasure right from the start. I appreciated Andreis attention to detail and his experience in the industry came through immediately. The picture attached shows how they helped us determine the right colour for our floors. The visual was very helpful and they spent considerable time going through the different options with us. I also liked that their website was very well laid out and gave me advice about my floors (which Andrei also did in person too). I felt completely comfortable and confident with Tip Top flooring and will recommend them to friends, family and anyone else who needs their floors refinished. Today I have tried to go to the office address but it was a residential high rise building!!! How ypu can trust and have bussiness with them?! Update April17, 2023: After 7 months (!!!) I have got an answer from the owner - at the time, I have called several times and no reply - I share his reply in the following - tells about the character a lot! PLEASE READ IT AND THEN DECIDE TO WORK WITH HIM OR NOT!!! Here is his Reply after 7 months: Response from the owner44 minutes ago Dear Babak, I am very sorry that you tried to go to our office and wasted time. If you were to check our website it's clearly stated that we are a flooring company that provides services and not a flooring store. There is a phone number on the website you could have called and we would have directed you to a flooring shop in the vicinity. The fact that you didn't check our website and were upset that you wasted time it doesn't give you a reason to leave a one star review. "Be happy and don't punish people just because you are not in a good mood. God bless!"
