Slow 3 people waiting and olny one person helping End of day guess it was more important for them to get out then to Serve a client They We're not Understaffed Happens alot ( if you not of a Certain age You'll get ignored )

My mom has recently had 2 strokes and she has fibromyalgia. Today I drove her to go into this bank she told me the teller she dealt with was very nice however observed that she was not well when the teller two away from hers made a point of pulling down her mask and she seen her smiling as if her not looking or being well was somehow funny. I have never felt so bad for my mom shes not a pity party kind of woman and today infuriated me that someone would be so heartless or judgemental as to smile in her direction after that was observed and said. I have half a mind to take my mother back in there to find out who exactly this person is and make a formal complaint.
