Honestly, I have been with ACU since 2011. When no one else would lend me money for a car, Tracey Adam's came through. We were so happy and impressed. They have held our mortgages and car loans since then. Lucina has been helpful and pleasant when dealing with our accounts and services. (And patient with me always calling her for some reason or another). Tracey has gone above and beyond to help us get what we need. She has believed in us and never talked down to us like I have experienced with many other banks. It's nice when people treat you like a person too.

This bank is a joke. Very unprofessional. The manager came from the insurance business. They are only one branch and have no money. Be very careful of your money here.. I dont trust them.

I honestly couldnt of asked for a better experience remortgaging my house! They worked quickly, were able to answer all my questions and were very accommodating.
