I second the bad reviews in here. Poor communication, I called and called and called, by the time they answered, receptionist said she will call back never did. I called again, she sarcastically said oh its you, no one is available to come in alliston cause no projects there right now. Told her I have the receipt she gave us last year-all I need is a quote so she promise again to email me, never happened. Hard to contact, cant get proper answer, they did our back fence with our neighbours, so probably wont do a small project like one side of our fence- our other neighbour is not ready yet, then this lady proceeded they are not ready again?! sarcastic, unprofessional. Pretty upsetting. If you have a lot of time to wait and wait and wait and a massive patience then this company is for you

Great experience!! We used Uprite Fence to build our deck and fence our backyard. They were very responsive and always available when we called. Many people we contacted returned our calls after the job was done by Uprite. They came out to provide a quote for the project when they said they would and put up our fence and deck a week later with no delays and kept us abreast of the schedule given that they had to be away for the posts to set properly and when it rained. The best contractor experience by FAR for us in the Covid era in Simcoe county. Furthermore they took it upon themselves to deal with our neighbours for their portion of the fence which was very much appreciated as we did not know our neighbours at that time as we had just moved in. We added additional features not originally discussed and suggested to pretty the deck up (adding a railing to the deck and river rock on the side of our yard) and they didn't miss a beat! Everything was still done on time and the price was very reasonable and there were no surprises at invoice time. Thank you Uprite Fence, we will see you soon with our investment property, keep a week open in 2022. Service: Wood fence installation

Slow and unreliable! Terrible communication would promise to come on one day and wouldn't show up. Beware!!!
