He sometimes offers you more affordable solutions which work just fine. He pays attention to details and is committed to his project. Rene and his staff were always professional and courteous. They provide professional advice while working towards meeting unique desires given unique spaces. My family and I felt safe and comfortable welcoming Rene and his staff daily as they completed our work. Royal basements work towards ensuring complete satisfaction while using quality materials and craftsmanship. His (and his staff's) experience is demonstrated in the work they do, their professional demeanor and respect for their craft. Spoke to him on the phone and was very rude and hung up on me because I was asking about a basement kitchen and he "doesn't do kitchens"
