Andrew Milligan is knowledgeable and personable. He rescued us from some big mistakes by pointing out some bad features on our engineering drawings for our new house build. Although it put the cost up for us for our HVaC we ended up with a MUCH better result with the solution he proposed - which eliminated all the ductwork in the basement. The basement living space is 1000x better as a result. He also gave us excellent advice about the best quality and most energy efficient equipment to purchase. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Andrew was fantastic throughout the whole process of getting our heat pump and high efficiency furnace installed. He guided us through which units were best suited for our house in Toronto and ensured they would qualify for the Canada Greener Homes grant program, which can be a complicated process to navigate. He came by well in advance to check out the site and make sure we felt comfortable with the plan. His team that installed the units were professional and competent and approachable. We appreciated their commitment to working with us to install the units in a way we were comfortable with and fit the space. They even helped manage a Neighour who forgot we would be using our shared driveway! After the install, working with Lori and Andrew to confirm the payment schedule was easy and accommodating.
