Horrible experience with this "Broker". Felt ripped off, deceived, and disgusted by the way they handled me, very unprofessional, they do not take responsibility for their mistakes. No they didn't attempt to fix, I had to file a complaint and only then were they strong armed into refunding me. They wouldn't have done it otherwise. They did not care at all. Beware of this "Broker".

I had a very rewarding customer service experience with Christa Flavelle. My son's bank account had been compromised and because of this his bank froze his account and the payment for his car insurance went NSF. We both spoke with Krista and she had a solution in a matter of minutes. She was so friendly and said that this has happened to other clients and would request his payment to come out later in the month so by that time his new account would be in place. Her kindness and understanding was such a blessing dealing with what could of been endless phone calls and frustration. Thanks again for your wonderful customer service skills and keeping a mon and her son calm through this. Laurie Zirk
