JC Landscaping took over our lawn care after they acquired another company that serviced us for years. It was not anywhere close to the same level of service. Missed visits, no schedules for fertilizer, areas not cut or trimmed, etc. The owner Jason never had the decency to visit. Their employees were very disgruntled, constantly complaint how bad the new owner treated them and were leaving. No one seemed to care about the customer. JC may be good at landscaping but a total failure in lawn care. We had a $250K project that needed quoting but after the way we were treated we gave the business to another company. JC Landscaping did all of our pool, patio, garden landscaping along with ensuring all of our drainage issues were properly dealt with. It has been more than 10 years since completion and my family has truly enjoyed the craftsmanship and care that was taken in completing our project. We have had the benefit of watching the garden mature and develop. It is our oasis that brings us relaxation and joy. The team was always clear and thoughtful with our discussions during the build. Such large projects can cause anxiety amongst the homeowners but the team was able to clearly communicate the processes needed to complete the vision. They were tidy and considerate of our neighbours and our timeline. I would highly recommend them for your next project. We are very pleased with our completed front steps project. JC Landscaping is an example of excellence. The crew was incredibly professional and very respectful, keeping the site extremely clean. The job was completed on time and we are very happy with the end result. There is no doubt we will have JC landscaping complete any future projects we may have and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping and lawn care needs.
