Dynacare Laboratory and Health Services Centre

I've had my blood drawn here several times over the past few years. Very nice staff and the wait times are good. The ladies that work here are so nice. Now, Dynacare itself I have some problems with. When you go to Lifelabs you can see your results online the next day for free! Dynacare takes its sweet time to post your results and/or process your test and then charges you to view those results. What am I paying for exactly when your competition offers the same service for free and much faster?

Rude, unhelpful and lacking basic knowledge in computer skills. Unable to print an attachment for an emailed requisition then stating " I don't know what to tell you" when she does it wrong and refuses to acknowledge her mistake. And why is it that this location does not book appointments???

Staff are very friendly. Wait times on the website have been accurate during my visits. Easy to check-in online, and results can be viewed online as well with an account.
