Doggone Wonderful Pet Spa & Photo Studio

Beyond disappointed in the staff here and their lack of work ethic and professionalism. I booked an appointment for my dog stating it had been 3 months since his last bath (which is what is recommended for the breed), and happily waited over a month for an appointment. When I got to the appointment with my dog, the staff were very rude, unprofessional and didn't seem interested in grooming my dog, because it was "a lot of work". I was quoted over $300+, which I agreed to without hesitation. When they took my dog inside, the first woman opened the door to grab his paperwork and while the door was still open, the groomer in the back came up with my dog and said "I don't want to groom him". I asked for my dog back and left the establishment, if you can even call it that. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Extremely unprofessional, not a single friendly staff in sight, not interested in grooming your dogs, wouldn't trust these people with my dog, let alone a pet rock.

The Owners of this business are absolutely wonderful! They are accommodating, and work extremely well with the animals.
