Pizza Pizza

Foods took double the time they said it would take to prepare. Used bare hands when preparing my food and my food was cold when i got it Most employees working were just standing around especially the one who was preparing my food. Very disappointed with the service and quality they provided.

Absolutely disgusted with the service and my undercooked pizza. Took 2 hours to get corrected. Wanted a refund. Store employee told me to call customer service and receive it from them. Was told by customer service that I would only get a refund but from the store only. Refused to give me a refund. Customer service told the store employee to call him. Then proceeded to speak in their language which was not English. Then told me I was not getting a refund. So thank you for looking out for your customers the ones who keep you in business. The ones who put food on those ungrateful employees tables. Also left my pizza on the ground on the porch. Thank you for such an amazing experience! Oh oh best part! He threw out a complete XL pizza where there were a bunch of kids out front scrounging for coins to buy a slice to share. Im disgusted and disappointed and offended by my experience at this specific pizza pizza. I will never be ordering from any pizza pizza every again!!
