For years, I was able to do by myself all of the papers stuff, but I got so many stressful problems, but it's also because I was self-employed. I had time to do it until recently I got full time job, tough tenant who did not want to cooperate and pay the rent. I got stucked with them for months. A friend of mine referred me to Rob, at first I was really reluctant to do it, but I wanted to get a try, so I call him. He is amazing from the beginning very friendly, explicatif, patience and caring with my situation. He got the result and it is almost immediately. I was impressed and change my mine about the profession of the property manager. His approach is very gentle, caring, soft and strict at same time in the law side either with the tenant and landlord. I got all my rent's back within a month. I regretted that I did not know Rob long before : it might save me the money, time, energies with the tenant too. Very proactive. Tries to be fair to/advocate for tenants while also being fair to landlord. I don't write a lot of reviews but what pushed me to do it today...When a tornado ripped through Barrie, Rob checked the property asap...I received a notification from him even before I was aware there was an issue (I had been in meetings all day)

I have had no issues with A.G. Secure and Rob over the ~5 years I've been with them. Rob is great, quick to respond, and handles issues ASAP. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.
