It's easy finding a realtor today with this market being flooded by billboards, radio ads, etc. There are a million reviews, and everyone from your neighbor to your friend seems to be in the real estate game. However, in all industries, the cream always rises to the top. I don't write many reviews, but I do for those that deserve it. Theo made us feel like family right from the start. He tailored his search to our needs, and made sure we enjoyed the process along the way. We became quite picky with our purchase, as we felt we should with the prices of most homes today, but Theo was very patient and understanding of our ultimate goal. In the end, he helped us purchase not just a house, but a home. When you understand that, then you'll know the difference between good, and great real estate support and service. Thanks so much Theo! Thanks to Theo, my wife and I have found our perfect home.
