Gave out the sold price of the house and also that we registered an offer on the house Darci listed before updating on TRREB or MLS to another seller/realtor whose property was on sale in the same neighborhood. Just because of this confidential information she gave, other property got appreciated than its actual worth in a day. I should have filed a complained in RECO. REPLY- I have spoken to a lot of realtors and they never give out the sold price until its actually updated on MLS or until the deposit is received. Why the information was given that I submitted the offer for the McCurdy Drive and I took a while to improve my offer? It was a long weekend and that's why sold price wasn't updated because you were supposed to get the deposit on the following working day which was Tuesday .
