She is able to arrange and organize your agreement of purchase documents promptly even at time sensitive circumstances that require urgent delivery of service. If you belonged to the school of thought that believe in collaborative effort of the Buyer and Real Estate Agent and/or believe both have roles to play in working towards a common goal of getting the right and suitable property.
