I had the most amazing visits with Jon and Kristin learning about the options I had for hearing aids. Jon is unbelievably knowledgeable and was able to offer the best advice and service for my hearing loss. With the new hearing aids I can hear things that have previously been absent from my life - such a beautiful gift! I am so happy that UB Hearing was recommended to me. The cost of the hearing aid was reasonable and the customer service was great. I really appreciated how they took the time to explain things to me in detail and how they were so honest about the pricing. From the hearing test, which included testing my hearing with ambient noise, to follow-up appointments, my experience at UBHearing could not have been better. I had put off getting hearing aids for three reasons: 1. Almost no one I knew with hearing aids was completely satisfied with the comfort level and sound control. Most avoided wearing them unless absolutely necessary. 2. The astronomical price. 3. The strong suspicion that the high cost was a ripoff. How much can little bits of plastic, a small computer, and occasional service really be worth!? Thanks to Jon and Kristin at UBHearing, and their low-cost/high quality policy, I am again enjoying family dinners, hearing my grandchildren, participating in zoom meetings, and going to plays. It is wonderful to know one is responding appropriately -- and on topic! -- when in conversation!

After going for a hearing test in Kingston - and being told I needed aids immediately and boy, were they expensive!! I felt I needed a 2nd opinion - I found UB hearing on the Web - and made my apt. - both Jon and Kristin were so kind, professional and honest - so rare in todays times - turns out for the present, I don't need hearing aids - when I am ready - possibly 5 years - I will definitely go back to UB hearing, their prices are amazing. I will be recommending to my family and friends.
