So, this loan agency is getting 1 star, and that is because yes they may have helped me get my credit card paid off, but my payments for my loan are inconsistent and nobody has a clue as to why. I signed a contract for the loan stating that my payments were going to be 72.65 every week for 5 years, well when the payments started coming out, they took 3 weeks at 72.64, and 1 week at 72.67 and my car payment bounced because of them (since I have an account that all bills come out from). So I called and Brianna told me it was because my monthly overall payment is $290.59 and that it doesnt break even, so the rounding makes it take the 3 cents at the end of the month payment, which I dont think is fair. When it was set up they should have rounded it to make it easy to break into 4 payments. So Brianna advised me the best solution would be changing my payments to an even $73.00 a week, made me sign new documents, and the next payment would be $73. Well next payment comes around and $72.99 comes out of my bank account. I called once again and got a runaround stating that its a nation wide issue and blah blah blah. And that if a payment bounces, its on me because one weeks payment may be $73.05. She is unsure now what will come out and to keep extra money in there just in case. Well I dont think that its fair that I signed a contract and agreement to deduct a specific amount and they always change how much comes out. She kept saying that "you signed an agreement so we cant take no more or no less out", but then condradicts themselves by taking 1 cent less or 5 cents more!!! So stupid, never seen a loan like that before. Yes they may have helped me where I didnt get approved anywhere else but still doesnt make sense to me. I'll definitely be paying this off way before 5 years because this is total nonsense! Be aware! They dont deserve my interest money, which is also crazy thru the roof, 39%.

They have been super helpful for helping me and my family out. They have been understanding and work with me if something changes on my end of things. Over all an amazing experience!

The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. I had many phone calls to and from the office. Every one was answered with the same tone of friendliness. My concerns were all answered professionally and privately. I would recommend this office anytime to anyone. P. S.- The office is staffed by women. HURRAH! One for the good guys.
