Nikki Lafferty Century 21

I would not hire Nikki Lafferty. Subsequent to the sale of a deceased relatives home we found out that that she had lied during the critical final negotiation process between two potential buyers agents. Specifically (and I have this on record in a written communication from her) she stated: That's why I was 10 phone calls back and forth trying to work out both agents before the first offer expired. After the transaction was done the buyers agent informed us that she had actually not had one phone conversation with Nikki (I also have this on record). Certainly finding out that Nikki lied to us was upsetting however we are sharing this information in the hope that it will help someone else make a more informed decision given our negative experience with her. Had the buyers agent not mentioned it, we would have never known about the lie she told.

We purchased a rental property as an investment. She has been a great resource, was quick to respond and went above and beyond expectations. She is by far the best real estate agent we've dealt with. We plan to use Nikki's services for our next real estate investment. Stop searching for an agent, you just found the best one.

Nikki recently helped us to purchase a property in Northumberland County. We were very impressed with her responsiveness, knowledge and thoroughness throughout the entire process. Her communication through each property we viewed was exceptional and felt she provided great value through the whole experience, whether it was checking out the property and neighbours and adjoining properties in advance of our viewing or answering a myriad of questions as we got interested in a property, whether that was a waterfront or farm property. She was also a great pleasure to work with and very flexible around our schedules. Having purchased several properties over the years we felt that the professionalism and judgement we received were second to none.

I have had the absolute pleasure of working with Nikki and her assistant Aimee on several different occasions. Nikki goes above and beyond for all of her clients and makes the entire process seamless. Earlier this summer Nikki represented me in the sale of my home, she went above and beyond in making sure it was beautifully advertised and that the sale went smoothly. We viewed several different homes over the last few months and Nikki was there every step of the way. Nikki offered exceptional advice and knew every detail about each home we viewed. Nikki was honest and open, and was able to make us feel confident with every offer we put in. We have now purchased a perfect home and could not be happier with the way we were represented. Nikki is more than just our real estate agent, she has become a very dear friend and someone we will 100% use with all future sales and purchases. Ive said it before and Ill say it again, Nikki is the absolute greatest!
