        Since moving to our next house 6 months ago, we've used the services of Sarman Air multiple times. they've restored our out of commission gas fireplace, and treated our AC and water heater tank. They've been friendly, honest and informative. Additionally, they've pushed back when we asked about services that we might not need, introducing us on how to make small repairs ourselves to save us the cost of a visit. They're honest, and fairly priced. 10/10, we highly recommend their services. Services: Heating system maintenance, Heating system repair, Repair HVAC, HVAC system maintenance, A/C system maintenance

        John was professional, efficient and honest. He assessed my 23 year old HVAC and fixed it without us needing to replace it, which would've cost us $3000 to replace the HVAC. He is knowledgeable, resourceful and kind. When the time comes to replace the HVAC, I will definitely call John. Service: A/C system repair

He was in touch with us before, during and after the fixing, explaining everything and being upfront about cost and process.         John from Sarman Air Inc. was a pleasure to deal with. He replaced our Navien Tankless Water Heater with a newer more powerful Rinnai Tankless system. He got the equipment quicker than he promised and was able to install it right away. John was on time, worked quickly and efficiently and without a mess. He is a true professional. I had another issue that he worked diligently to address. He followed up to make sure I was totally happy with the new system and his work. I would definitely recommend him over anyone else when it comes to tankless systems and any of your HVAC needs. Thanks John.
