discovering this place in main street unionville was honestly the best thing that has happened to me !! ive been taking semi-private classes with Blair and its truly been an unforgettable experience. Blair is such a good instructor, shes so supportive, kind, and cheerful :)) the interior is beautiful as well! excited to keep attending more classes :D

Ive been taking 10 semi-private lessons at PM Pilates now, and it was truly an amazing experience My pilate instructor Blair is very caring and knowledgable. She prepares each lesson according to my ability and I can clearly see improvements in my body and strength! Also the equipments here are clean and professional. The environment is super cozy too, it located in Unionville Main Street, parking is very convenient. Ill definitely keep taking lessons here and trying out the group classes as well! Highly recommended!

I had my very first Pilates session at PM Pilates and fell in love with both the exercise and the studio right away. The studio owner Sandy is super friendly and supportive when I have questions and concerns. She paired me up with a great instructor Jen, who is extremely nice, patient and professional. Jen patiently explains the details of each movement and always carefully adjusts my postures to maximize the effect of the practice. The Pilates class has now become what I look forward to the most every week.
