F45 Training Markville

I love staying active daily and use a home gym, nature, bike&bike studio and now I can add F45 to my list of amazing fitness programs!! Honestly, the group fitness approach to HIIT done in this way with different workouts daily means you could go every day of the week and challenge yourself. The coaches really push you but also make modifications if you need them (I hate burpees) lol and if you havent tried them yetlet this review sway to and hopefully I will see you there!

Loving the trainers and the facility wishing the classes were a full 45 min im finding with warm up they are only 40-42 as I am enjoying the workout and I want more.

F45 Markville is amazing!!! Ive never been to a gym before cuz I was nervous, so when my friend invited me to go to F45 with her I was hesitant but after I walked in the studio we were greeted by smiling faces. I knew it was the place for me. All the coaches are super encouraging. If youre looking for a gym with a community to support you and kick your butt F45 is the place for you!!!!!!

The Markville F45 is far and away the best F45 in Canada. Having gone to multiple different locations around Toronto and in other markets the gym is special compared to the rest. What makes it so awesome is 1) the size of the gym - so much space and so clean 2) location - easy to get to and nice and central in Markham 3) and Most importantly THE COACHES - I have never met so many amazing individuals, coaches Haleigh, Nad, Pam, Jimmy, Nate, Colin, TK, Pete, Vic, Alvin and Vanessa are the best - they make sure you're pushing yourself but always helping and always modding when you need it! Great place for a high energy workout! The coaches at F45 Markville are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The gym is also really clean with awesome amenities. Would definitely recommend :) You wont regret it!
