    Well, their sale/phone representative did exactly what a scammer does. Automatically speaks a whole bunch of terms like an ads without customer acknowledgment, and she did not even care. Enrolled customer in some unknown services without your consent and told me to call back to cancel if I am not interested? Doesn't want to listen but trying to talk all the time. Worst representative. I will not be your customer, for sure.! They will try to dismiss any negative feedback, but all of the 5 stars reviews are from their employees.

    Do not deal with this company. We had purchased a split h/ Vac unit in Oct 2019. In March of 2021 the unit would not work. Phoned Supreme Energy, the manager Alen, came out checked the outside unit, took a piece out of it , looked briefly at the inside unit and then the electrical box. He couldn't figure out what was wrong and said he would send an electrician out to check it over and find out what went wrong with the unit. Alen seemed more interested in whether we wanted to sell our land and to refinance as we were paying with post dated cheques that was accepted and cashed by Supreme Energy rather than he was in getting it fixed. The electrician came said it was a component in the unit that wasn't working but the part was warranteed and he would tell Alen so he could order the part.Time passed and I phoned Alen who told me that he felt it would be more cost effective to order a new unit and that it should arrive in a couple weeks.and argued and quarreled that again I should refinance although he knew we were satisfied with the present way of payment. Sonya, the Secretary phoned to let us know that the unit was in and that Alen would call to set up a time to replace it. We waited several weeks and had not heard from him. He would not answer our phone calls and his secretary said that she had a hard time to get ahold of him. We suffered through the heat of the summer, having to buy window air conditioners and fans as both my wife and I are seniors with heart and other medical conditions. Finally after several calls Alen decided to answer my call at which time I told him how upset I was with his avoidance and lies about fixing my unit that I was still paying for.I told him that we suffered through the heat of the summer to which he replied that he would make sure that we would suffer with the cold this winter as well. A month or so later I called again and asked Sonya if she could tell Alen that I would like to know when he was going to fix my unit, she told me he was talking to his lawyer, a second call and she said he was going to fix it and the third call that we owed outstanding money. Duh, it's a 10 year contract. So folks take from this what you like. Supreme Energy and it's manager are friendly, professional and helpful until things don't go their way and then all goes down the tube. By the way as far as I am concerned Alan's integrity is questionable and his customer service stinks. Do not be misled as this is not a fake review. This matter is still on going.

    We recently had two Daikin mini split units installed to provide a more stable heat source for our home. From the sale, installation, and customer support, all have been very good to date. These units work well as low as -25C and hopefully lower. This has been a great savings on handling firewood and the attendant mess in the house. Our sales rep, Carl was instrumental in addressing the one concern we did have. We are quite satisfied so far.
