3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, my hallway, kitchen everything cleaned. I cannot find anything wrong which is why I have to give them a full 5 stars.

I don't think this is even a real company. The gentleman that was dropped off to clean had never cleaned before, didn't know which products to use, didn't use water, and was unsure of everything. I don't blame him however, he was a nice gentleman trying his best. I had to clean with him and teach him throughout the process. The manager popped in and out and just kept telling me it's fine and they are flexible. It was not fine. I asked to speak to the owner, he did not even acknowledge my concern, instead just through a new figure at me. I wanted to ensure the worker was paid properly as they only took cash and I don't believe they would pay him appropriately so I handed him money myself. The whole process was incredibly unprofessional and simply sketchy.
