I went there to see if I could borrow the phone to call my friend to come get me for I was having a hard time with my mental health I used the phone and my friend was going to come get me I was afraid to go home I asked if I can wait inside he said no we are in the middle of winter on a Sunday bus service are not the best so I was cold and really nervous and an hour later my friend showed up so I'm disappointed with them

Went for a car was on May 5 2023 at around 10am. Left and drove to a business in the same neighborhood when my wife noticed the car was nowhere near clean. I wanted to just go on but she insisted we go back because it was almost 20 dollars and nothing to show for it. When she went into the store the owner I assumed said there was no way we went through his was. When he was presented with the sales slip he then accused us of driving through a dirty road and said even so we were supposed to get out and check before leaving his business. He accused her basically of lying and absolutely begrudgingly said he would give us another ticket. When we got round to the wash there was no code to present so my wife walked over to the garage to ask for it. He said to her so I see your husband is getting you to do his dirty work for him. I went through the wash and after we ensured the car was clean I went into his shop and we discussed at great length his attitude and belligerence. After he looked at me and said so ok now its clean and you should be happy and even offered me a free coffee. This is not a business I would ever recommend to anyone for any reason. The owner ( I think) never admitted any fault.

Several months ago, just after this station changed their car wash, I got gas and a car wash. I was unaware that it was now a touch car wash. I was not happy as I do not like the pads scratching my car. I went inside and asked what happened. I was told that I had to get the highest car wash I wanted to have the option of touch free or touch. When I entered my code I was not given the option. When I called the attendant out to explain, he told me I had to buy the premium wash. I told him the history and had got high End was as that it was I was told to get to get the touchless. After some heated discussion, he simply said you had paid for this and it is not touch free. He finally gave me a lower premium wash but did not refund me the difference in price. He did however let a cab driver take the wash I paid for without charging him
