Much too early hours. Unreasonable cancellation or rebooking fees. Last minute reminders if any for appointments. Almost got fined for an unknown rebooking last time. Family members are discouraged from waiting in waiting room. I question what is the point of a waiting room if individuals are not allowed to wait there for loved ones. Despite all that though, most of the staff were helpful and amicable.

Bad. Just awful. I cant even begin. First of all I have a service dog that NEEDS to ve with me. Well THEY WONT LET ME BRING HIM! which is AGAINST THE LAW to refuse a service dog. She has no bedside manners whatsoever. I told her so many times i have severe anxiety issues and even at the dentist they need to put me to sleep. She dismissed my anxiety completely. I didn't wait long flr scheduled surgery but when i got to surgery day i told them all AGAIN that im VERY anxious. They dismissed it. The drug they use to calm someone down did not do ANYTHING for me even after 3 doses. Which i warned them about. Then i have a panic attack on the surgery table and she says to me "its almost 4 o'clock and we wanna go home!" Like i had never warned her about anxiety. She wanted to try again without putting me to sleep the following week. But even the anesthesia team at the hospital agreed i couldn't do it awake. She didnt even know how to request for that. So now im apparently on a waitlist for it. But god knows. My cataracts are severe and i went halg blind so now im scared ill go fully blind before then. Im looking into othrr doctors.

I never like this place. Here. I feel they just give you apointment without telling you why. They wanted to charge me for no show because i never saw my email for apointment witch landed in my spam email. Anyways im not going back.
