I love this business. She is my go-to for all tailoring needs. These bad reviews are confusing - I travel significantly out of my way to go to this place. They are meticulous, timely and highly organized. The more complex the job - the better they seem to do. Best tailor in the world. I stand by that. Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

I believe in supporting local, and as this dry cleaners is close to home I thought I should give it a try. This was followed by regret after regret. First of all, the sign advertising 5 items for $34.99, does not all apply to all items, Dresses and Lady's tops count as 2 items. There is no list of which items count as 1 and which count as 2. This false advertising should have been enough to turn me away, but I really wanted to support a local business. Secondly, when I picked up my dry cleaning which I pre-paid $89.00 for 6 items, all my freshly 'cleaned' clothes smelled very strongly of cigarettes. When I brought this up with the owner, and asked for a full refund, she insisted that I give her another chance to provide clean fresh smelling laundry. Reluctantly I allowed her this chance. When I finally picked up my stuff a second time, I'll admit that the smell was less strong, and while standing in the store, I could not notice it (but I could notice the smell of smokers in the store) . When I got my stuff home however the smell was there, faint enough that I did not take it back and demand a refund, but for sure enough that I would never recommend this dry cleaners.

Worse experience ever. I was charge 16.00$ to dry clean a small coton jacket. The jacket was not dry clean. When i went to pick it up the person at the counter pick up the jacket at the back from a rack and press it before giving it to me. No plastic bag, no tag from the cleaning and a lot of wrinkles. Very rude and deceptive person. No apology and a very argumentative person who was treating me like I was an unpleasant customer. I rarely complain but when you dont receive the service you pay for its difficult to be satisfied and appreciative...I will never go back there I learn my lesson and I will spread the word around me for sure.

slower service than most places but the 34.99$ deal for 5 pieces is good value for wool suits and the cleaning is top quality.
