Doctors are amazing here! Some of the NPs watch out, Sarah Metcalfe made it seem like she was watching out for me by "looking into it" and had my medical files for years, but never did. As soon as I saw someone else, turns out my medical files were never attached, only one note by a doctor I saw one time at the clinic was attached. Not only that, the issues she was looking into were just left behind FOR YEARS. She got me to go back on meds I told her were making me puke blood because she said she References my files and notes said it was ok. She said she was waiting to hear back from referrals that were never sent out. I never made a complaint because I ended having such serious medical issues years into her care, I'm so devastated still by the impact of them. Im not saying my health issues are her fault but she definitely didn't help and even didn't get me testing, Referrals or even proper care when I had seizures and complained of breathing issues. I've stayed up many nights how someone could give me hope into thinking that they actually were helping me were leaving me completely in the dark FOR YEARS! HAVE A BACK BONE this is not the industry. I'm a kind, happy go lucky person that u let fall into bad health because why? I can only assume Sarah didn't want to admit she forgot to request the medical files or proper referrals at the beginning of care. I could not bring myself to sue since this clinic has helped me so much and the doctors and other NPs have been helpful. (Also, it's so much stress n I'm so disabled now.) - Now, physically disabled and hard to breathe daily (form ur own opinions), still a Patient but not of Sarah's Let's just hope she does her due diligence with her other patients..maybe, I can get closure and ask her why she would lie to me if she didn't intent on hurting me!?

This place is awful. I was accepted by intake and told to pay to move my medical records here. I did so, and called to make my appointment only to be berated on the phone for being non status. Why did they accept me and have me move my records over then? Why is an Indigenous center being nasty to their own community? This is supposed to be a welcoming safe space. Now I don't have a doctor and they're sitting on my medical records for no reason.

No idea why they have bad reviews. My Dad gets help from them when they can. Yes kinda slow on the call backs but its simply because they are busy. Patience is important. Continue on helping those in need. Not many places help anyone anymore. Keep it up ;)

I had a follow-up appointment, the nurse was with it--smart, caring and professional. The building is beautiful and the support staff were super friendly
