I saw Sophie for two issues. My shoulder and Knees. Sophie is very knowledgeable, her care plan was efficient and clear. She is friendly, kind, bilingual ( sure hope she's getting a bilingual bonus!!!). My problems got resolved quickly. I highly recommend Sophie as a physio :) Merci beaucoup !

Alex has been phenomenal at helping me rehabilitate my ankle injury. His sessions are hands-on, incorporating exercises that I couldn't do on my own, and he provides additional challenges to do at home. He constantly maintains the perfect level of difficulty to meet my goals. I enjoy going to his sessions and feel they've been extremely helpful.

Over the past 6 months I've worked with Shalom to rehab a bad shoulder impingment and most recently Caitlin for a nagging left leg adductor injury. I really can't express how please I've been with both stints of physio at Bellefleur Physiotherapy. Both Shalom and Caitlin did a great job meeting me where I was by helping me create programs that met my needs so as to get me on track to meeting my personal goals. Everything from the initial assessment, making a plan, check-ins, and progressions felt very methodical and exactly what I needed. I also can't forget the great energy, attitude, and willingness to explain and answer all my questions as well. I've learnt so much and I wouldn't be in my much improved state without the great team at Bellefleur Physiotherpy. Complete faith in the physiotherapists and team at Bellefleur. 5/5 and I'll be back if any new injuries surface. Thanks Shalom, thanks Caitlin, and thanks Bellefleur Physiotherapy!
