Ericka was extremely helpful, professional, and patient during a stressful time. I felt like my situation was a bit more complex so we had various options to go through and Ericka made sure to explain the pros and cons of each option. It was my first time purchasing a home and she took the time to explain what I should expect from the beginning to the end. She answered my numerous questions and concerns about the issues we were experiencing and took the time to ease my worries.
