We contacted 4 brokers. Only Brock gave us confidence that the file would work. It took a little time but he gave us the best deal with best interest rate. We are real estate investors so we know how things work, how creative we can be in terms of financing (such as private lenders and Lender AB combinations!) and he made it so easy. Thanks Brock. I recommend him 100%. I got reference from a friend and I'll refer to him to other two of my friends. He's fast, responsive and straight to the point. NO BS. Whoever is reading this review, I suggest you to use Brock's services. At least talk with him. He'd provide creative ways to finance your home/property/deal. No wonder why he is the top mortgage broker in town.
