Everything about my experience here was top notch, from the wonderful front desk staff to my interactions with my doctor. It was my first time there and everyone was not just professional but also very knowledgeable and welcoming. Thank you for great experience! Highly highly recommend

TERRIBLE customer service. The eye doctor is not bad but the front staff are very rude. My order delay over three monthsno one contact me and a women front staff was impatient and rude when I called them.

Recently moved to Vanier from the Glebe and decided to try Nuvo as it is closer to my house than my previous optometrist. I got two pairs of glasses in the last 3 years from that previous provider and while the staff and service were good, neither pair felt "just right" -- both in terms of frame fit and the lenses/prescription itself. I felt the exam at Nuvo was more thorough than I have experienced in the past and the Dr. asked me lots of questions which is great! I recieved my new glasses from Nuvo today and WOW! it was like Cinderella and the glass slipper. I am having none of the focus issues I was having with either of my old glasses and I think this is the best my vision has been in years! I would like to thank all the staff at Nuvo for amazing quality of service from reception to finish-- with a special shout out to Greg K and Dr. Buettner!
