Theodore & Pringle Optical in Loblaws

I have been to Theodore & Pringle Optical now for progessives for two different prescriptions five years part. Both times they have been great in helping me select frames that suit me and I have been thrilled with the quality of the end product from a vision perspective too. The second time there was a problem with the lenses - it was difficult for me to focus on distance. We had to return them to the manufacturer. This was done with no problem or cost to me. Always a great service experience.

Professional, very welcoming team Kevin, Nadia and Natasha, patient, with a lot of knowledge and experience with frames, types of glasses and supporting the client to make the best decision when it comes to maximizing the offers available. Big thank you, highly recommend this location!

This is regarding Kevin Li of Loblaws glasses outlet, McArthur Rd, Vanier. ON. His expertise is outshone only by his people skills. An informed, skilled, personable fellow, his attention to detail is truly impressive and greatly reassuring. He patiently took the time to ascertain what was the best value for what I could afford. Those of you reading this review who do not know: your PC Optimum points which you earn at Loblaws, Your Independent and I think Shoppers Drug Mart can all be used toward purchase of glasses here. I shaved $120 off my bill that way a truly welcome benefit for a fixed income retiree. I left the store after receiving my two-for-one (special deal) pairs of glasses feeling like a truly valued customer. I had expected a limited proficiency and selection from a seemingly small eyeglasses outlet, but they are truly a modern, professional, high tech concern, offering a huge assortment of glasses types which all appear to be of reputable quality. I received mine within 3 days, and the glasses are tremendous. They are light, fit precisely and neither slip nor pinch, a balance not all eye people are good at attaining in my experience. Highest marks. Im a customer for life for my eyeglasses needs.
